The progressive, singer/songwriter YOAV, known for his ability to create a phenomenal spectrum of sound with his acoustic guitar and multi-layered songs, is satisfying his global fan base with a ten country European tour, sponsored by Fiat 500, to celebrate his new album, A Foolproof Escape Plan. His tour: “Escape Plan 500”, will be complimented by interactive components including a unique musical track created with the Fiat 500 itself.

His new album, A Foolproof Escape Plan will debut with the single, Yellowbrite Smile on September 6th, followed by a 22 day, 18 city, 10 country European tour sponsored by Fiat.  YOAV will drive across Europe with his team in three Fiat 500 convertibles. Yoav will play a total of 15 shows including Paris, Barcelona, Berlin, Copenhagen, Brussels and London.

YOAV has a unique, acoustic singer/songwriter style that's fused with an electronic aesthetic, giving mindful recognition to DJ culture. YOAV creates all the sounds on his album and his live show on the acoustic guitar, including drum sounds. He plays the body of the guitar like a percussion instrument then layers the sound onto a loop pedal, creating his own “band” out of a single instrument.

The tour will be filmed and documented, capturing roadtrip tales, beautiful music and Yoav's daily dairy entries. The content will be fed to top online and portals including the tour microsite (via www.yoavmusic.com), MySpace, Yahoo, MSN and Spotify across Europe and America. The social media element will consist of blogger buzz, Facebook updates and ongoing Twitter feeds.
